A Unique Backdrop
A creatively styled Greenery Wall, adorned with fedoras and paper fans, served as a vibrant focal point. Set up and ready to welcome guests right as they walked into the reception venue! This rental was used as a backdrop, however it could have doubled as a seating chart. Where each hat was personalized with guest names and guided them to their seat for the evening. Alternatively, it could have been used to highlight event sponsors. Offering prime visibility, while enhancing the gala’s aesthetic and increasing fundraising efforts.
Seated Culinary Experience
As the cocktail hour concluded, guests transitioned to a seated dinner that was as much a visual delight as it was a culinary one. Each table setting combined vivid hues and natural textures, reflecting the vibrancy of Havana’s streets. Tables were draped in a mix of Havana Palm Tablecloths, Hot Pink Rattan Tablecloths, and Orange Rattan Tablecloths. Each topped with Rattan Chargers and accessorized with White Panama Napkins, creating a dynamic yet cohesive look.
